Your data and privacy

This page explains our privacy policy with regards to the https://fdr.gasafety.eu website and service. We will simply call this 'the site' from here on.

Cookie usage
The site only stores one cookies file, that is required to remember your login status. It can be found by the name 'PHPSESSID' in your browser cookie section.
No methods are used to track your use of the site, and the login cookie expires as soon as you close the browser window.

Your data
We process the following data:

Your name (as entered by yourself)
Your email address (as entered by yourself)
Your account details, if you create an account
Files you upload, until you delete them
Aircraft details (as entered by yourself)

Data storage
All the above data is stored in a database in the Netherlands. You can always ask for an extract of data we have on you, and you can always contact us to close your account.
In case you close your account, we will do so as soon as possible. This should normally be within 24 hours but is legally limited to 30 days.

File storage
We process the data files you upload. You can control the time they are stored yourself, and delete the files at any time.
Files are visible to other users within the same account (which you can see on your account page).
Files are never made visible to, or shared with, with other parties.

Legal requirements
Only in case a court of law directs us otherwise, we will adhere to the above processing of your data. In case of a legal instruction, we will share data only insofar as legally required to do so.
